The last COE price for commercial vehicles shows a drastic drop of $21,000. This is due to the large amount of COE available. Is this a temporary matter or will the COE allocation be as many as the last COE tender for the rest of the year?

Current there had been many delays in taking the truck out from yard to contractor for upper structure works. Registration and VITAs submittion. Caused many very unhappy customer.
